Villa Sunpao is a Phuket option for a group wanting a private pool and shared living space. The booking should be assessed as a villa stay: the total cost, cleaning arrangements and transport plan matter alongside the number of bedrooms.
The pool is part of a particular villa
The supplied photographs show low villa buildings around landscaped grounds and a separate pool beside glass doors. They explain the attraction of staying together, without establishing that every villa has the same plan or amount of shade.
Expedia distinguishes two- and three-bedroom private-villa categories with kitchens. Booking.com carries the property under Villa Sunpao by the Suksan Group. Confirm the exact villa and operator shown on your reservation.
Guests repeatedly mention the terms
Pak Hin’s February 2024 Expedia stay liked the villa and help from Aew, but reported a television problem, no housekeeping during the visit and electricity charged at checkout. They also found the location remote.
Christian’s July 2019 visit and Mark’s September 2018 stay also mentioned electricity costs and the need for transport. Mark liked the quiet villa and shaded pool. These older fees are not a current tariff; the useful lesson is to establish what the rate includes before arriving.
Ask for an all-in answer
Confirm electricity billing, cleaning charges, housekeeping frequency and any deposit. Ask how you will reach meals and activities, including the return journey after dark. A villa can suit a group planning time on site, provided the shared space and the practical rental arrangements both match the trip.
