La Flora Resort Patong is worth considering when being beside Patong Beach and near its activity is part of the holiday. The important room decision is whether you want a terrace opening to a shared pool, an upper-floor outlook or a separate villa category.
Read pool access literally
The official Deluxe Pool Access description places that category on the ground floor, with a private terrace and separate shower and bath. Deluxe Pool View rooms occupy upper floors. A pool-access room is not the same as a villa with its own pool.
The supplied images show a long pool between accommodation buildings and a sunset dining setting facing the sea. Neither photograph establishes how quiet the bedroom will be at night.
Recent guests give a mixed picture of the setting
Avril’s March 2026 Sea View Suite stay praised beach access and found nights relatively quiet. A June 2026 pool-access guest enjoyed being close to the pool and beach but found the room humid and laundry slow to dry.
An August 2026 pool-view visitor was less impressed with the room and breakfast, while valuing the beach and nightlife position. These experiences make the location’s role clear: convenience for one traveller may be too much surrounding activity for another.
